Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Close to the hyper-centre, this 2 room of 30 m2 has been completely renovated at the end of 2021. On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, in a small condominium, parking is free nearby. A 5-minute walk from the historic center and a Carrefour City, 10 minutes from Nimes Centre train station and the Arènes. By car: 12 minutes from the Exhibition Center and 20 minutes from Pont du Gard Tgv Station.

Studio made easy.

We are here in a small quiet village at the gates of the Camargue. Central enough to enjoy the Camargue, the Cévennes and the Vaunage, the beaches, but also the big cities like Nimes and Montpellier, or smaller ones like Sommières, Aigues-mortes, St Laurent d'Aigouzes... Studio in all simplicity, no fuss, basic decor, but with basic comfort. I live on-site and we will share the courtyard.

In the heart of the old city, at the corner of the Maison Carrée square, you will live a stone's throw from the Maison Carrée listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO and a few minutes walk from the great Roman monuments and museums as well as the superb green lung that are gardens of the Fountain and its canal. Nîmes is a city with a rich past where you never get bored.

Village house renovated by me. After a squat that caused some damage, some details still need to be improved.
