We are inside the Morada da Praia Condominium on Boraceia beach in Bertioga, São Paulo. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifeguards, security, showers and bathrooms. The condominium is gated, security is our great privilege, with camera monitoring and security guards. We have infrastructure with a market, drugstore, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops, church, and 24-hour UPA (private), where there is no need to leave the condominium, except to visit other beaches and go on tours.

Our space is 50 meters from the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço and 300 meters from the beach of Itaguaré, that is, exactly between both. The neighborhood is safe with the beach of São Lourenço lit at night. It has restaurants, pizzarias, gastro bar c live sound, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream, grocery stores and bike rentals on the beautiful Itaguare beach.
