Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.

1 room apartment, located in a historical building, right in the city center, newly renovated with large kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a balcony with a view over the Opera square. The apartment has a Queen size bed with orthopedic memory foam mattress.

The apartment is close to the biggest shopping center in town, called Iulius Town, and is within 25minutes walk to the city center – Unirii Square. The public transport station is 2 minutes away and you can easily reach any other part of the city.
