Located in the heart of the city of Barcelonnette and recently renovated, this apartment combines comfort and sweetness of life. Apartment located on the first floor, it has a secure entrance, a large private garage on the ground floor, two bedrooms, an independent living room and a kitchen-dining room. We live in the middle of nature in a large plot nestled on the side of a hill where we evolve to the rhythm of the seasons away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our cottage is located at the entrance of the Cians Red Gorges, 20 km from the Valberg ski resort which offers multiple winter and summer activities. Medium hiking enthusiasts will find many trails to follow. Families will be delighted to discover our animals: donkeys, goats, geese, chickens, ducks, rabbits and dogs.

Our apartment allows you to enjoy with your family or friends thanks to its capacity of 6-8 persons. Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

Situé au cœur de la station, ce studio se trouve à quelques mètres du front de neige et des commerces. With its large flat and fenced garden, summer and winter, the Grange d'Auron is welcoming and peaceful for an unforgettable stay. Centrally located in the village near the Savonnette toboggan run and a stone's throw from the swimming pool, tennis courts and climbing wall. The lifts are 800 meters away in winter. Return possible on skis in case of very good snow.
