The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

Relax with the family at this period 2 bedroom cottage situated near the heart of historic market town, Hedon. All local amenities, including pubs, restaurants, take aways, and shops are within a short walk. Free road side parking outside of the cottage. Hedon is situated in a convenient location to explore the East Yorkshire coast and it’s beaches, Burton Constable Hall, the city of Kingston Upon Hull, and is within reach of Beverley, Hornsea and Spurn Point.

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
