Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £10 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis court and boating pond.
