Spacious bedroom, king size bed/orthopaedic mattress, sitting room with smart tv. Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Bathroom with bath/shower. Wi fi. Own entrance, private garden, sensor lights.This is a ground floor apartment at the rear of our seafront house Off road parking. A 10 minute walk from the town centre & station. Close to the iconic De la Warr Pavilion and a wide variety of quality eating places. Great location for exploring Rye, Hastings, Battle and Eastbourne.

Cosy 2 bed, historical cottage

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Holthurst, a stylish flat with balcony in an Edwardian Villa right on the seafront near the De La Warr Pavilion and town centre. Ideal for 2 or 3 people. Shared entrance hall but once in the flat, it's just yours. No pets. The flat has appeared on a Royal Mail postage stamp! This is a well equipped flat, much loved by the owners who use it regularly for weekends and holidays, hence it has most things you will need in good working order. What3Words: roof soak fence

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
