Véritable coin de paradis Protégée par le calme de la forêt au coeur du triangle d'or, cette authentique périgourdine est située dans un hameau magique à 15 minutes de Sarlat. Rare et atypique, cette maison est mon trésor ! ⚠️2 chats adorables sont à nourrir lors de votre séjour. Très reconnaissants avec les hôtes, ils ramenent parfois des "cadeaux" (oiseaux, mulots) qui ne sont pas toujours appréciés par les humains !!! Pensez svp à emmener vos draps, housse de couette et taies d’oreiller.

La maison indépendante de 60m2 confortable et rénovée, dispose de la climatisation réversible, d'une terrasse et d'un jardin privatif. 3 nuitées minimum sont requises en été et 2 hors saison, pour un séjour parfait jusqu'à 3 personnes. Charming Pigeonnier Gite (New Listing )

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Situated on the hillsides, the house is just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne.
