Beautiful location! Close to the center but still very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly welcome by Mirjam, detailed introduction. Detailed communication about check-in and bicycle parking in advance. The apartment is located in Barlheze Street, in the beautiful old town, 5 min walk from the train station. Private entrance, narrow S-shaped Dutch stairway to the 1st floor. Cozy kitchen-living room, bedroom, large bathroom with shower and two sinks. Bright, all rooms with windows, views to the street and to the yard. Very quiet, no through traffic on the street. Very well equiped kitchen. We parked our rented public transport bikes at night partly in the bicycle parking lot in the train station (24 hours, free), partly on the street (corner of Henkestraat).

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

Marietta's house is located in the beautiful town of Muiderberg, from where we are completely uncomplicated to Amsterdam for three days. The house is very well maintained, surrounded by old trees and many detached villas. The apartment furnished, there were small welcome gifts such as chocolates, cheese and wine. Thank you for this. After sightseeing in the city, we ended the evening in Muiderberg on the beach. Have a great stay.

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

Great apartment. Really well thought out. The level of detail in the guide put together was fabulous and really helpful. Excellent facilities, I’ve been to so many Airbnbs where you get one washing tab and limited hand soap. Here there was a good supply of everything. Bread, butter and cheese on arrival was a nice touch. Decent coffee machine too 😊 The beds were very very comfy! Couldn’t fault at all. I’d defo return should I ever happen to be in Utrecht. Thanks for letting us your place xx

Beautiful, spacious accommodation, quiet green surroundings. If you are good on foot, easy to reach. By train you can quickly get to Amsterdam or Utrecht, both highly recommended. Arthur is very supportive when you need help or advice. So a highly recommended place to stay.

Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

This was my first time booking through Airbnb – and it really exceeded my expectations! Vonny is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who is always available for questions or support. The apartment is more spacious than in the photos and very stylish and tastefully decorated – cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The bed is super comfy, I slept great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices for cooking – perfect for those who like to cook for themselves. The residential complex is quiet and offers a beautiful environment – ideal for relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the stay and would love to come back. I highly recommend staying with Vonny!

We had a short, very nice New Year's Eve stay with Gerard with great views of the fireworks over the water. The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated and has a large dining and living area. In particular, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Gerard responded quickly and helpfully to inquiries. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place. We were traveling in a group of four - there was a lot of space for all of us to move around in the house and on the back deck. We were thrilled to be located on the canal - we watched the ducks swimming. We are not accustomed to narrow, winding stairs - they are built differently in Canada - but we learned to manage them. We also learned how to use an induction stove! Love them!! The kitchen had everything we needed to help prepare our meals - dishes, utensils, glasses , cups, bowls, pots and pans and so much more… We are not accustomed to the strong coffee that you drink in Holland so we improvised and used a pot to boil our coffee water and then dripped it through a filter. You were very helpful whenever we had a question and very timely in your response. The information booklet was helpful. The appliance booklets were great but some English ones were missing. Thank you ladies for helping make our visit to Holland such a wonderful experience

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Lots of space and great location if you plan to drive around. The view of the canal was very fun to have.

Gwen met us outside and explained everything and answered all our questions. It turned out that the location was perfect! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We especially enjoyed walking along the canal under the trees. The place was like new and the bed was premium.

Maxime's apartment is very nice and equipped, in line with the photos and very comfortable. Maxime was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to get to Amsterdam and what to do. The house is in a very nice location, definitely beautiful in the summer. We stayed at New Year's Eve and it was perfect as a foothold and then visit Amsterdam.l, easily reachable by car in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

The stay with Klaas and Heleen was wonderful again. We love this place a lot, we've been here for the second time. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped. There are also bikes and boats and beautiful seating outside by the water. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Just A GREAT stay.
