Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Biedma Department

El lugar es 100% recomendable, seguro y tranquilo, pasamos una estadía con mi familia impecable. a 2 cuadras de la playa, cerca de negocios, carnicerías y panadería. sin duda volvería otra vez.

This is a nice appartement, cosy and spacious, perfect for 2 or 3 adults (even with a pet). There is a lot of pillows and blankets. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. In the courtyard of the building there is a place to park bikes. There is also a shared terrace on the top of the building (with a nice point of view during the night). The street is quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is convenient, in less than 10 minutes (walking) you will find : the beach, several stores/butchers shops/panaderia, there is also scuba diving clubs 👍 The owner is kind, answers quickly, and may adapt to you if needed 👌 As stated in the description of the appartement, there is no microwave or washing machine (so to clean you clothes you can do hand-wash in the bathtub). It is not the fault of the appartement or of the owner, but if you're a real light-sleeper note that during some nights there is noising birds. Well, as you see, this appartement is really really fine!! :)

Javier’s place is really nice. Olga has met us late at night. She was friendly and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. the accommodation is very clean and cozy. lots of little details that add coziness to the house. we also really liked the building itself, felt totally safe. P.S. right next to the apartment there is a nice cafe where they sell delicious home-cooked food (por peso), so we didn’t have to cook. Thank you very much for your hospitality 🤍

El dpto es muy cómodo y está equipado, tiene Wi Fi y clable. No está muy cerca de la playa y del centro pero el acceso es directo y el barrio muy tranquilo.

Hermoso departamento, todo nuevo y limpio, muy amplio tal cual se ve en las fotos. La ubicación muy buena, podíamos trasladarnos a pie hasta la playa y al centro, todo super cerca! Lourdes muy atenta y amable, nos esperó hasta tarde el día que ingresamos porque se nos complicó el viaje, una genia!! Volvería sin lugar a dudas!

Realmente es perfecto! La ubicación es muy cerca de la playa y del centro. Todos los restaurantes y comercios a pocos metros. Super limpio y equipado con todo lo que necesites. Página aparte para la buena onda y predisposición de Yasmin. Sin dudas volvería a elegirlo!

Es una casa soñada, aún mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. Súper linda, limpia, muy acogedora y cómoda, en una zona muy tranquila y con un jardín maravilloso lleno de frutales y hierbas aromáticas. La parrilla también está genial y tiene una gran mesa al lado para que la carne no se enfríe. La anfitriona, Solana, súper atenta y agradable. Volvería siempre.

We spent 2 nights (initially) at Silvina’s place, and had a great time. She was always responsive, the room was a good size, the house had all the facilities we needed and Silvina even took us whale watching for a much cheaper price than local tour companies Even though she was fully booked for our third night in Puerto Madryn, she was able to find room for us after a booking elsewhere fell through Very affordable place to stay and we highly recommend this property for anyone coming to Puerto Madryn

Excelente el alojamiento, tal como se ve en las fotos!!! La persona que nos recibió, Nely, nos recibió muy amablemente y nos brindó todas las indicaciones!! Recomendamos este lugar, incluso para volver!!! Muchas gracias por los hermosos días!!!

Maia muy buena anfitriona! nos dio flexibilidad para el ingreso y el egreso! ya que estabamos en viaje! Solo lo pudimos disfrutar unas horas! el Departamento tiene un estilo muy moderno con detalles q lo hacen muy tierno y lindo. Volveremos seguramente por alguna estadia mas larga. El edificio es muy nuevito super comodo, lo tiene super equipado. Accesible, a dos cuadras de la playa y cerca de restaurantes, kioscos, y otras necesidades. Gracias Maia por recibirnos.
