Holiday rentals with beach access in Biesanz Beach

Highly recommended, the apartment is impeccable in cleanliness and order, has all the amenities that are needed for an excellent rest (if you want to cook in the apartment you find everything or if you prefer to go out to some nearby restaurant with several options nearby even a convenience store ). The apartment has enviable views to the sea from the balcony. The condominium has 24/7 security. The condominium lends itself to sports activities for all tastes and levels. The beach is very clean and lends itself to walking, jogging or just sunbathing, the condominium has two people hired as "lifeguards" who are always on the beach to take care of people entering the sea. The owners' attention was always quick and clear when I made an inquiry. We will definitely be back here.

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

Alexander and Maria were so sweet. They were responsive and there for us. The place looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We could not find the hair dryer and when we brought it up to the host, they immediately went out to buy us a new hair dryer on the same day, which touched us deeply. The extra attention made us feel heard and cared for. They also cleaneed the outside of our apartment while we were there, which was extra appreciated considering we would come home with a lot of sand from the beach. Overall, great hosts. Location is a little remote, but the gated garage made us feel safer.

Really unique stay - group of apartments surrounding a common bar/pool area on a hillside in Quepos. More like a hotel than an air bnb. Initially we were panicked by the steep drive and seemingly isolated location, but actually it is within walking distance of the marina, quepos town and the farmers market. The nature of manuel Antonio means transport is necessary to get around so ensure you have a car or are happy to get taxis/buses. The views are fabulous and we saw so much wildlife from our balcony. The family, Saul and sandy were all so welcoming and helpful, gave us good food recommendations and provided a taxi service. Marta organised a guide for Manuel Antonio and Henry was fantastic, we had an amazing day with him. We didn’t have any food here but the cocktails were 10/10.

Everything was spotless. We knew the location was going to be fine but not so much. There is no better location than this to visit the Parque or go to the beach. It is less than 50 meters from everything. It was super comfortable for two people. We were able to cook and spend the afternoon on the jungle view balcony. The air conditioning along with the fans made us spend pleasant nights in the middle of so much heat in the area. Highly recommended.

The place has a lot more for us! Very good location, near Manuel Antonio Park but on a quiet street. We feel safe there and for the car the parking is very convenient!

We loved our stay here! The property was gorgeous, beautiful views both in the morning and evening. We loved opening the front doors and sitting in the rocking chairs to listen to the music downtown in the evening. Also very close to everything making it a super walkable!

We loved the place to see as a family. It is very safe, has a private pool, sports courts in the residential and is close to the beach. We recommend it and would love to return.

Really great experience

The reservation was for my parents and family, who say they loved the place, the proximity of the beach, the house so spacious, and its comforts, in addition to the attention he gave us with Reginald 🩵

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is just as it is in the photographs and is pet friendly, a benefit for those we always walk with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

Our stay was amazing thanks to Arliny. She was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. The house was spotless, very spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main beach and close to several others as well. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place. We would definitely stay here again!

This Air B N B is on another level. The pool and outdoor area were incredible. Most amazing view of the sea. The kitchen area was incredible. Bedrooms and beds were incredible. We had Chef Sofia for our stay and her cooking was up there with the best Michelin star restaurants in the UK. Vanessa was so helpful and made our stay so easy. Very relaxing stay and will Definitely come back.

We felt comfortable in the house, the place is very quiet and safe, it is close to the beach and the pools, which are a very nice complex, you can walk there in 10 minutes, we really enjoyed it.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

We loved our stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super beautiful with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The water from the sea and the pools were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally Susana answered any questions we had. If you are without transportation the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the site. Thanks for everything.

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

This place is unbelievable. It is top of the line. The photos don’t actually do it justice. The view from the deck is unbelievable. We saw monkeys, parrots and even a sloth the day we left. You have access to a concierge which we didn’t use at all. The location is great with access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were a bit loud with motorbikes on the street, but very easy to tune out. The apartment itself was always cool with a clean, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels to use as well as the washer and dryer were very nice. This place is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Loved every bit of it.

Very spacious apartment in very safe condominium. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the beach. Close to places to go to eat by vehicle although it is not necessary because the Apartamento is very well equipped for cooking. As an extra it has very useful beach implements to have a better time at the beach or at the pool. We would definitely come back. An extra detail of the bottle of wine.
