Welcome to the new loft-style studio apartment with a spacious interior and high standard of finish. It is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Ustrzyki Dolne. A great place to stay with your family. Swimming pools, sports fields, playgrounds, shop - 5 min walk. City market, restaurants - 20 min. Opposite the apartment there are entrances to the trails: easy to the Source of the river Tie, on Kamienna Laworta, medium on Kam. Laworta-Wielki Król-Mały Król and the more difficult one called the Crown of the Ustrzyckie Mountains.

The cottage and its unique atmosphere is a great choice for a casual getaway, it can be a base for a getaway to the Bieszczady Mountains starting here. The location of our cottage gives great conditions for a healthy rest in nature. The plot has access to the Wiar River.

We provide our guests with a comfortable air-conditioned apartment, equipped with a sauna, a kitchenette, a large bed , two single bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom , 3xTV, WIFI , a large balcony with a complimentary coffee from the coffee maker, tea, water, towels, bed linens , cleaning supplies.

The house is located in the charming town of Ustjanowa Górna. In close proximity there are cross-country skiing trails, the teaching path "On the slopes of Żukowa", ski lifts: Gromadzyń, Laworta and Wańkowa, the dam in Solin, and many other tourist attractions. The house has 3 rooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a fireplace, a bathroom, a garage, a terrace, a garden tub with hot or cool water, and a fire pit with benches. For the little ones - a playground.

Our apartment is located in a picturesque and peaceful place in the Bieszczady Mountains where you can enjoy many attractions both in winter and summer. Winter is mainly ski lifts, ice rink, indoor swimming pools or e.g. sauna. Summer is mountain hiking, boat trips on the lake, the Bieszczady railway or interesting drains. The windows in the apartment offer a beautiful view of the mountains, which you can admire while drinking morning coffee on the balcony :):)
