Townhome holiday rentals in Big Bear Lake

Hosts were great at communicating and gave clear instructions on how to get into the place, what to clean up, etc. They were very accommodating when my friend lost her wallet and asked to enter the house to check after check out time already passed. The house is super close to Summit Mountain and only took us a few minutes to walk to the ski lifts. Overall, great place to stay for skiing.

Great Location! Everything you need. The WiFi situation needs to be addressed a little more clearly. The living room TV needs to be updated. regardless, 5 stars for sure!

Just as described 3 bedroom 2 baths . Grill on patio nice little kitchen . Host responds within minutes . Centered middle of lake arrowhead village a plus . Would stay here again .

Great location - super easy to put your skis on and make it to lift 5. Nice house with lots of features. John was super nice and accommodated all of our requests within minutes.

We loved this home! It’s right at the village, so we were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The home itself is beautifully furnished, luxurious, clean, and spacious. We were 10 ppl, and we did not feel crammed at all. We also loved being able to use the clubroom to play pool at night. Rafique, the host, is so responsive and kind , which made the entire process go smoothly. We had no issues staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you having us!

Close to all the outdoor snow activities and right next to the village space where all the good stuff is at! The apartment itself was spacious and cozy. Loved waking up to the view of the lake! Antonio’s place was great, especially for a longer stay (11 days). He went above and beyond, even got me an instant pot to help me manage my food allergies by being able to cook at the Airbnb. They had all the little details, the best snacks, and it’s just the best place. Super walkable, close to a Target and even a Navy Fed bank!

Marcus’s place is very nice, clean and cozy. It stood out for being fully equipped with everything you’ll need and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. Marcus is very friendly, supportive and always welling to help and advice. Myself and my family really enjoyed the time we stayed at his place and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend. We recently stayed for a long weekend at Mike's place. it's clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking wares and condiments. The bathrooms were clean. The property was surrounded by huge pine trees, birds, and squirrels. The community that this property belongs to has its own private beach on the Lake, which would be super cool in the summer. But even right now, the lake view on the beach is pretty and peaceful. Just a reminder, there are quite a few steps from the parking lot to the door. End of day, it's a mountain living. :-)

Great house close to snow summit, well setup, cozy place…

Eric and Megan are seriously the best hosts I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in over 50 Airbnb‘s and this has to be by far my best experience. They always went above and beyond and did whatever they could to help me with anything and everything I asked for. Eric even helped me put chains on my tires when it was snowing and was constantly out there digging up the snow so that my car was never blocked in. I guarantee you will never find better hosts than these two and I wish all Airbnb hosts operated like them as this has been an amazing stay. Five out of five stars on every single aspect of this stay.

2nd time staying here and was really cool to see Jillian took action on some of our feedback from the first trip (bunk mattresses were thin and you could feel the bar beneath it, she added a plywood layer on top of the bars and upgraded the mattresses!) Location is unbeatable for bear mountain, and Jillian was super responsive. Hopefully can come back here every year.

what's the second time that I've stayed at this property, and it was spectacular again. I will continue to stay here every time it's available when I'm skiing at Snow Summit. it's right on the resort, super easy to get there with all of my gear. this time I stayed there with my daughter, who usually complains whenever we have to walk somewhere with our stuff, but there was no complaining this time. I would recommend this property to anybody
