Parfaite toute l’année. La maison dispose d’un jacuzzi. A 5 minutes à pied la plage de Pors Carn et de ses écoles de surf et des restaurants. Ménage et Confort Les frais de ménage sont fixés pour chaque séjour et couvrent un nettoyage complet et soigné de la maison.

Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à ma super co hôte Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants. NB: in the first half of 2026, it is possible that I will stay in the other building of the property. If that's the case, I'll let you know before your booking.
