The house really felt like our own home and we never wanted to leave, it was a spotless house, the location is on the street of bars, but there was no noise from the sound, it was close to everywhere and where we would stay every time we came due to the fact that everything in the house was thought out. Ms. Funda was also very polite and we responded quickly about our check-in times.

Everything was perfect! We were in the apartment with 2 toddlers and would receive directly very friendly and helpful. The communication was great and we thank the great hosts. We highly recommend the apartment and will also book again when we come to Eskişehir. From the apartment you can go anywhere on foot and have a lot of leisure, shopping and restaurants in the area. the area is central but quiet so it is also ideal for families. I have not stayed in this apartment before, it is quite nice to be so close to the train station. The house was quite hot in the Ayaz of Eskisehir, I did not have any problems in terms of noise and safety and I provided a very comfortable stay

The host, Ms. Ayşe, and her husband were wonderful people. The house met our expectations. It was just what we wanted. We also had the opportunity to have a fun time by the lake with our chairs. Would recommend.

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

The house was just like in the photos. There are the necessary tools for cooking in the kitchen. The location was very central.

Highlights: - a large floor independent of a house (the owners live below) - Spacious apartment, extremely well equipped (better than our home!), a bit like when you go to your nice grandmother's... - Good location on a quiet street in Iznik. The city is small, there are few things to see but the atmosphere is nice and everything is easily done on foot. Access to the lake in about 15-20 min walk for a pleasant walk along the lake in a large public garden, good for children but frustrating for hikers. - Balconies and small gravel garden with swing and table for tea. Very nice. Least: No there is not! Very good rental.
