We offer a 38 m² apartment, ideally located close to the town center and all amenities (bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. within a 5-minute walk). Public transport: • Regional bus P23 connects Billom to Clermont-Ferrand (stops at Billom Ancienne Gare, Place Alfred Thomas, or École Dessaigne). By car: 36 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand city center and 20 minutes from the Zénith d’Auvergne, with quick access to the A71, A75, and A89 motorways.

Come and have an atypical stay perched 5 m high in the treetops of hundred-year-old oaks. As a couple or with family, enjoy an unusual experience in a natural setting. La Cabane de la Mûre, with an area of approximately 35 m2, can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room (140 sofa bed), fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen. A large outdoor terrace hosting a private hot tub heated year-round.

For two people, wood-decorated accommodation overlooking a large terrace shaded by bamboos. Double bed (always made for arrival), table, chest of drawers, storage. The living room-library with TV, mini bar, microwave, games... Heating: a convector and a wood stove. In the kitchen area: hotplate, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and pots... You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Cournon d’Auvergne, proche d’une sortie d’autoroute. Pour les transports en commun un arrêt de bus est à une minute à pied.
