Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The cabin consists of two sections that are joined together – an original section from the early 1900s and a newly built section from 2025. Sleeping accommodation for up to 10 adults + 2 children Glazed conservatory with dining table for 16 guests. Large plot of over 2 hectares including 160 sqm newly built terrace. In the nearby area there are plenty of swimming areas and scenic areas

Welcome to this peaceful, newly built, eco-friendly accommodation in the middle of nature 🌸🌲, next door to the host 🐶❤️🐶 Here you will find a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and coffee maker. There is a washing machine, toilet & shower. There are tables & chairs on the terrace 🙌 The accommodation consists of 2 cottages: - a 30m² fully equipped studio/cottage with a 180cm double bed & a 130cm sofa bed - a small 10m² cabin with two 90cm beds (this one has no water or toilet 💦) Please note: This property is not suitable for families with young children👌

Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy the view in front of a wood-burning stove. Cozy walking trails, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
