Cozy house in a small village. There is a nice enclosed garden with a cozy terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Located 4 km from Skiveren Strand, 7 km from Tversted and 29 km from Skagen. On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

It is a self-contained flat measuring 30 square metres. The terrace has a barbecue and evening sun. In addition, a small garden with morning sun. The beach is 1 km from the flat. You can drive out to the beach and park. The grocery store and restaurants are 50 meters. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
