This is a relaxing place for your holiday. The apartment is central, new, lovely with a river view, and located 10 minutes walk from Ben Thanh market, Bui Vien walking street. There are 3 supermarkets: GS25, 7-11, Winmart, and 1 great coffee shop on the ground floor. Fully furnished apartment with nice bed, wardrobe, air-con, kitchen, refrigerator, working table, microwave…. Free access to the padding pool on level 7 included a children’s play area under cover, BBQ facilities, lazy chairs, etc

The space is fully equipped with a Queen-size bed, a smart TV with Netflix, a private washer and dryer, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. The building offers excellent amenities, including 2 free swimming pools (1 outdoor and 1 rooftop pool on the 16th floor), a modern gym, and a quiet co-working space. Our Studio located near traditional market, as well as Family Mart and 3 Sạch Market.
