Newly built, Cosy 1 bedroom fully equipped annex

The cosy Annex consists of, 1 bedroom with on suite, new fully equipped kitchen diner, private entrance. TV, Amazon Echo, Chromecast. Wi-fi & Lan socket. Parking to the front & a sectioned off patio area at the rear 5 min walk to bus stop & Ryde golf course, 2 min walk to shop, Ryde town centre & sea front is only a short walk with lots of places to eat & drink. Bedding & towels are provided. Travel cot can be provided on request for small charge. We have 2 Cocker Spaniels that live on site.

A self contained annex situated in a quiet cul-de-suc, on drive parking available but a car is not essential as we are located within walking distance of Portsmouth/Fishbourne car ferry also we are 2 minutes walk from main bus stop. The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended .

Very quiet, private peaceful 2 bedroom flat with own garden.The bottom floor of the house, I live upstairs with my 21 year old son, Ideal for families, sleeps 6. Walking distance from Ryde town and beach, close to a bus stop that takes you anywhere. Parking outside on driveway. Fully equipped kitchen. Large walk in shower. The house is in a private cul de sac, it’s a great base to explore this beautiful island and the many things it has to offer 🏝️
