The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Getting to the pod is easy with good local road network, walking distance to local train station in Birchington with regular and high speed trains to London and close access to local bus routes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
