The house is ideal for families or adult sharers, with 4 large bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC, whilst downstairs there is a WC and further shower.

Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
