House is on 1 acre of land and &300 m2 in total.Closed garage for 2cars.Pool is open from May to October during year.Swimming pool is private and 5m*10m, depth is 150 cm and salted & can swim in the pool as not seen by others.The garden walls are high and extra uplifted with fences.Our backyard is neighbour to the forest full of Pinetrees.The house has a forestview.And the area is full of oxygen and it is for relaxing place lovers.Please send a message telling about your groups and your reason

Tire'nin merkezine ve tarihi yerlerine sadece birkac dakikalik yurume mesafesinde harika manzaraya sahip ahsap konak. Cok huzurlu ve guzel bir yerdedir. Sabahlari yurume mesafesindeki firindan taze ekmeginizi alip bahcesince kahvaltinizi yapabilirsiniz. Aksamlari da Tire'nin isikli gece manzarasina karsi mangalinizi yakip aksam yemeginizin tadini cikarabilirsiniz. Sirince ve Selcuk Efes'e 30 dakikalik mesafededir. Ozellikle grup olarak gelen aileler ve arkadaslar icin cok kullanislidir.

Evimiz ormanın içinde 4 bin metrekare bahçe içerisinde 2 katlı 400 m2 , 5 odalı 3 banyolu , açık mutfak ve salon barındırmaktadır. Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. A 200 years old, two floor house. There is a stone wall living room downstairs. 2 double bedroom and one single bedroom is situated on the second floor along with bathroom and a hall way. The house is looking to the famous Şirince village from like a tophill and yet all the amenities of the village is in short walk distance. U r entering the house through a garden. U can as well enjoy the serenity of our garden and benefit our mostly home made beverages that we serve at our cafe

Şirince şaraplarıyla ünlü güzel bir köydür ve yolların tamamı köy dokusuna göre taşlarla kaplıdır. Sezonda oldukça yoğundur bu sebeple aracınızı ücretli otoparka park etmeniz ve eve yürüyerek ulaşmanız gerekebilir. Eve yürürken iki farklı yol vardır; birinde oldukça dik bir yokuş bulunur, diğer yol az eğimlidir.

This tree house for four has a mezzanine bedroom upstairs and a closed bedroom downstairs.

We open the doors of our house, which we have built with care, for our guests that we have not yet met. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, (1 parent) and 1 living room. The pool and garden maintenance is regularly done by an employee. (As long as guests are located in the villa, maintenance periods can be arranged according to their availability) There are items we use in person throughout the house and are available to guests.
