Központi helyen a belvárosban, a Széchenyi tértől 8 perc sétára. Frissen felújított magasföldszinti lakás kiadó. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, a konyha teljes mértékben berendezett. A lakás mögött a parkolás biztonságosan mindig megoldható. A lovely little flat located at the heart of the city, only 8 minutes walk away from Szechenyi Square. The flat is newly renovated and it is fully furnished and equipped. Parking is possible behind the building, right under the balcony of the flat.

A modern apartment is for rent in the near of historical downtown of Pécs, few minutes walk from the city center (Széchenyi square), it is 48 m2 for 2-4 persons. All touristic spectacles are reachable by a short walk.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Its main entrance at the ground floor is equipped with numeric look, its windows look on to South to gardens of Tettye Forrásház. Cosy and comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking zone 200 meters from the apartment.

Földszinti garzonlakást alakítottuk ki apartmanná. Teljesen felújított, modern bútorokkal berendezett. Középpontban a kikapcsolódás, nyugalom, kényelem helyezkedik el. Studio apartment on ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated using modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cosy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
