Exclusive treetop cabin undisturbed in beautiful nature. Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand city center. Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and the stars will light up for you! Get in touch with nature again at this unforgettable accommodation. The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The house is located at the end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, loft living room, kitchen, hallway and balcony. 100 meters to a large playground with climbing frame, swings, etc. 250 meters to the nearest grocery store. 500 meters to a well-maintained, public freshwater swimming area. 20 minutes drive to Dyreparken, 15 minutes to Lillesand city center and 30 minutes to Kristiansand city center.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Idyll in Sørlandet by Tovdalselva near the Zoo

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
