The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern town of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
