Both me and the kids enjoyed ourselves at the cabin, too bad it was rain the whole period but we got to use the sauna and there we enjoyed ourselves. Jumped in the snow and quickly into the sauna:)

Probably the most beautiful place we ever booked. The cabin is something really special, privately placed into a spectacular landscape. It has everything you need for a wonderful retreat, the fireplace, jacuzzi and private fjord access are only some of the highlights. Andreas was the perfect host, welcoming us with fresh coffee and showing us around. He went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect with helpful and responsive instructions. Absolutely recommended.

Great place for a family of 5 plus a dog. Lots of things to do if you love the outdoors. We went every day out with the boat, fishing, hiking, swimming. Espen provided excellent suggestions, took us to his favourite fishing spots, was very reactive if something was missing. Great host - great place!

The house is cozy and very well equipped. We felt comfortable! There were even two bags of wood for the fireplace for us. That was also good, because the living room can only be heated with the fireplace. Communication was smooth and Trude always responded very quickly. The only drawback: The path to the house is a toll road and costs NOK 100 per entry. We thought carefully about whether we would make bigger trips. You also have to go there to go shopping.

We stayed with four people for 3 weeks in this beautiful idyllic Hytte. Although right on the street, it was incredibly quiet. The hostess is very friendly and extremely helpful, questions were answered quickly, thank you so much for the great care! The cabin is functionally equipped, even the firewood was free. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back anytime! Great for the kids was the little extra cabin and the kindly left stand up paddle… Everything perfect!

Great communication with Roy Arne, we got an answer right away if there was anything we were wondering about. Very nice and cozy cabin that had everything we needed for a few nights and was very peaceful and private. We had to walk the last 100 meters up to the cabin due to a very steep last hill that it could have been disclosed in advance, but otherwise delighted! Would love to come back 😊

This place is really special! It starts on arrival with a motorboat. The cabin is very cozy (especially if you heat it with the wood stove). On a walk across the island we found that we were alone on this one. We heated our food in the existing pots on the hot oven, we showered on the terrace with the provided water from Simeon. For those who have a special experience and want to have an adventure, this accommodation is recommended.

The vacation in Thea's cottage was wonderful. The place has everything you need, is beautifully decorated, cozy and has a nice property. It is quietly located and surrounded by beautiful nature. Communication with Thea was perfect. She is always available and very helpful. Even without running water, everything is easy to manage. In addition, a boat can be used for the lake, which was also great. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the cottage!

A beautiful house in the middle of nature! Super quiet location and only accessible via a private road. In the house, there is everything you need and the kitchen is superbly equipped. Here you can stay longer and enjoy the great nature. Many hiking opportunities right outside the front door. Or also quite quickly reached nearby by car. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and helped us super quickly with any questions! All in all we had a great vacation with children and dog and would come back any time!

Lovely place in lovely surroundings. Everything was as described; possibility for canoeing, nice walks on nearby trails and short way to Evje city center. Promise to bring pets - that was a big plus for us. Payment for cleaning is via vipps. It's nice to know that the tap water is mineral-rich and brownish in color, hence some decolouration in the shower, toilet and stomp. No problem as long as you bring drinking water.

We really enjoyed it!! Norway is beautiful but especially the cottage the decor the place is really fantastic. We have completely relaxed. We really came here for the peace and nature together with family and that really worked here. And we also got two days of snow this made the fun for the kids complete!! We'd love to come back again.. Sven responded was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Thank you for hospitality. 😇

We went on a weekend trip to the cabin and had an absolutely wonderful time! Nina always responded quickly and was helpful with anything we might need. The nature around was incredibly nice and the place itself was idyllic.

Our stay at Steinar's was extremely pleasant. The place is very nice, well maintained and also highly recommended with children. We would have liked to have stayed longer😃 They are very friendly and pleasant hosts take the concerns very seriously and take care of them immediately. We had a very nice time and can only recommend it 😃

A dream in the middle of nature for those who just want to switch off! The Hytte von Aase is really a small paradise right on a beautiful lake in the middle of a secluded private vacation home settlement. There is neither electricity nor running water and yet you lack nothing, there are enough candles, solar lamps, a battery shower, water canisters, gas refrigerator, etc. We enjoyed the time very much and spent it hiking, fishing and boating on the lake or just sitting by the warm fireplace and enjoying the view. Aase was always available and answered us very quickly with all questions and helped us, thank you very much! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
