Taegan was an amazing host! She answered all questions I had, even gave us some great recommendations for our trip! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so sleek, clean and had such a cozy feeling. The neighborhood was gorgeous, had the cutest park, and was very peaceful. The location was great as a whole as well! We felt very safe during our stay. It was a near some cute shops, restaurants and not a far drive from other places at all. I would definitely recommend staying with Taegan, everything was phenomenal!

Margaret’s place was perfect for us and there was so much room for our kids to run around and explore, the deck was awesome too. Really a homey, beautiful, well designed home. Would recommend to anyone! Margaret was very proactive and responsive, it was an awesome stay.

Our stay in Birmingham was wonderful in spite of the Severe Tornado Watch. Danny was a very gracious and attentive host. He reached out to prepare us for the approaching severe weather and assured us he was available if we should need. The home was perfect and addressed all of our needs for our stay to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many attractions. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Birmingham.

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back next summer to hang out at the pool. Thank you!

This unfortunately was not a trip for leisure or one filled with fun. I went from believing I was staying 5 nights to having to add 2 more nights, and then turn around and add 2 more additional nights after that. I have to say that Erin made things very simple for me and as long as the days was available, no questions asked, she extended my stay. I also came in early and she allowed me to check in almost 4 hours early so I could get to the Hospital (UAB ST VINCENTS) which I will also add, is in walking distance from the apartment. I know this because my truck also broke down on my way up so it was in the shop and I couldn’t get rental car until next day so I walked that first day. Anyways, long story short… I was blown away with the kindness, the understandingness, the compassion that was shown to me. Thank you so much!!!

This rental was super clean and had everything you needed but was not cluttered. The entire unit had been updated nicely, the kitchen was great and the master bath and shower were really nice. My wife appreciated all the little touches like soaps, lotions, and the steamer that worked like a charm. But she was super excited that there was a makeup table with a makeup mirror. There are nice TVs in every room, and we enjoyed movies every night in the living room. Joanna was super responsive and helpful with good instructions. This is a great location that is near Samford University and close to a lot of good restaurants and also not too far away from some of the local attractions like Vulcan and the downtown Birmingham area. We had a great time visiting our Goddaughter at Samford and plan to rent this unit again.

We had the most incredible stay in this stunning home. The decor was gorgeous, the location was central and peaceful, the backyard and pool were spacious, and we had everything we needed. It truly felt like home! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the most magical getaway we could’ve asked for!

I had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. She was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, provided detailed check-in instructions, and regularly checked in to make my stay pleasant. The home was cozy and well-lit, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We found this place on short notice. Same day rental. It was very clean. We will definitely be back again. We enjoyed the seclusion, the privacy, and quiet. We enjoyed fishing in the pond, and feeding the ducks. The relaxing view of the front porch and the scenery was beautiful. Mark was a great host! We highly recommend this place!

This was truly a house with a homy feeling; almost like you are staying at your parent's house. Very clean. Adequate for our needs. There are four beds (one of them is a trendle, so low on the ground. Worked out perfectly for us. One full bath with a nice shower. The place was immaculate. Everything seems to have been thought out and planned. Finding it and getting in/out was easy . Host is very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is the tricky part, but remember it is in a residential area very close to downtown Birmingham. House is secure, with a central alarm. Well lit outside. We parked two cars in the driveway and had no issues. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, and we walked it at night. A little sketchy at times, but never felt like we were under threat. There is a supermarket within walking distance that was useful as well. Overall I would recommend this place and will likely rent it again. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the venue we were attending. We had 3 separate bedrooms all well furnished and each with a TV. We were able to come together in the family and able to have time separately when we wanted to. Marcus replied promptly to any correspondence. It was an easy, comfortable stay and worked out well for us!

This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying here and as usually, no disappointments and a million percent worth the cost. Obviously we recommend and will be back!
