We keep on returning to this Airbnb. It is our home from home and we are never disappointed. Five of us stayed during this visit and there was plenty of space for us. We had an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Mya is a considerate and responsive host and staying at Griffin Close is a pleasure. She understands the guest experience - there's always a snack and drink in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you Mya for the extra provisions you left- we really appreciate your generosity.

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Good location shops are a 2 min walk. very clean has everything you need!

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

This property is absolutely beautiful. So quirky and historic but with all the modern amenities that you need. Super close to the NEC (why we booked) but current roadworks caused us issues getting taxis. Sat nav takes you to wrong location but host recommended what3words which will bring you to the door. Maggie super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

The cottage was beautiful and with the perfect dog walk literally across the road it was perfect for our weekend visiting family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of outstanding restaurants nearby, truly a great location.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

beautiful property. Loved the laughing chickens and felt just like home from home. Fresh eggs and milk to welcome us and doggy treats. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. Felt very cosy

We were greeted on arrival by Vicki and her husband. They made us feel very welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. They installed baby gates for my little girl who'd just mastered climbing the stairs and brought round toys for her to play with. The barn was lovely, it had everything we needed and plenty of space. The shower was amazing! Loved all the jets! If we every need to break up a journey up north again we'd most definitely stay here again!

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

Jane was a great host - friendly & responsive to all queries. The property was perfect for our needs - walking distance to town/Wave water park, short drive to golf courses, secure gated parking, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, well equipped kitchen & facilities. Nice little welcome pack upon arrival. Highly recommend.

The house was just amazing and perfect for us; we booked Dunnimere Farm to host a friends reunion. Sue was extremely clear with the directions to the property, making our journey stress free. The views around the home are stunning and the hot tub was a great touch! The pool table was also great for evening entertainment. The house was spotless and the rooms are enormous, providing plenty of space. Sue was easily contactable throughout our stay and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, I would recommend this beautiful accomodation in a heartbeat!

Thom’s place was absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful and stunning surroundings! The hot tub is lush, the treats left in the fridge was a lovely touch & we had some great recommendations for food and things to do! Would 100% return!

We Were at the NEC Birmingham for an event and looked for an air b and b this property become available took only 8 mins to get to the gate of the NEC so perfect for what we wanted there was a sticker on the table with the WIFI code and have to say made work easier when we got back with supper fast fibre internet would recommend has dishwasher washing machine and everything you would need even a hot tub but we were to tired from the show to use it

Wow what a gorgeous, relaxing little retreat. Absolutely fabulous would not hesitate to book again. The bed was so so so comfortable!!!!! The garden is amazing for dogs and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The Chinese Restaurant in Henley in Arden was possibly the best Chinese we have ever had. Small but perfect- everything you could possibly need
