Holiday rentals with lake access in Birmingham

Great host, super responsive and was able to sort out an early check in very quickly.

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

The place was in a perfect location for us to go back and forwards every day. The driveway was great meant the car was safe and we didn’t have to pay for parking. Host left clear check in instructions so we got into the property without any issues. Was good having a full house to ourselves and the area was quiet in the evening.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Perfect home away from home. Debbie’s home was ideal for us whilst we were having renovations. As with all renovations, there were delays which meant we extended our stay which was quickly accommodated by Debbie. The location is quiet and with the park less than 2 mins from the house was perfect. The home itself had everything you could need for a long term stay with fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor garden was perfect for catching some sun during WFH days. Communication with Debbie was great as she was was always responsive and helpful. Very glad we had a cosy homely 2 months here whilst away from our home.

For the price of the place, the space is outstanding. Musthaq responds in time too.

I stayed there 4 nights and it is Nice and clean home with little garden. Very easy check in and check out. Hemanth always responded within couple mints when we had any queries.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Wonderful place - clean and tidy, with everything you need. Location is both stunning and convenient. Great place to stay.

Honestly best Airbnb I have ever stayed and would love to come back to Birmingham just to stay in this apartment again

100/100 everything met my expectation, the host (Keliel) very lovely person response immediately. very peaceful apartment, very classy. the little touch like opening your fridge and finding a soda and bottle of water that's thoughtful. going to the toilet and finding the little stuff for the ladies it a win 💃🙂..

Fabulous dog friendly accommodation in a very quiet countryside setting yet near good roads for getting about. Property was clean, comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Would happily go back.

We absolutely loved David's cottage! It has everything you need. Can't recommend enough. We'd definitely stay again if in the area

Nadine was really helpful in getting us to the right place. We arrived when it was dark, so we did struggle. However, this was our issue and Nadine was fantastic at providing us the detail we need! Waking up the next morning, we were blown away by the view of the lake and even in a cool October, opted for our morning coffee on the decking! Nadine was also really helpful with local taxi information and supported us in anyway she could! Brilliant stay, everything you needed and more! Would highly recommend.

First AirBnB experience; needed due to building work at my own house which is only a mile or so away, so we weren’t there as a holiday or a break but The Barn suited us well as a temporary home base. The property was immaculately clean/presented and we were very comfortable there. Although Mick and Linda are right next door, The Barn is entirely private and they are helpful and friendly but never intrusive. We had to extend our stay due to renovations overrunning and Linda was happy to help with the process of extending the booking. Leo, our large German Shepherd isn’t the most sociable of dogs so we didn’t go on the bridle paths etc but he was perfectly happy to go on his other walks about the place and it was very convenient for just popping him out in lead, just like we do at home. So he also gave a “paws up” for his stay. Highly recommend The Barn for a stay and Linda as a host.

Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. Cottage was peaceful, comfortable and well equipped. Really lovely garden and outlook, walking distance to a great dining pub and cafes for breakfast. Cottage was spacious, clean and a 2nd shower downstairs also a bonus. Excellent and helpful communication from Helen throughout, would highly recommend.
