“We absolutely loved our relaxing stay in the Barn. It was just as shown - done to amazingly high spec with thoughtful touches like breakfast included (the tastiest eggs I’ve ever had!). Our spaniel also loved the use of the extra land to the rear. Felt nice and secluded however Helen was quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. It’s lovely and cosy and spotlessly clean. Sara has added lovely touches such as flowers and a card to welcome us. She called us the day before to check everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. There are fantastic views across the fields which are great to look at from the bedroom window. Kitchen is well equipped and makes for easy self catering. Everything was so lovely when we arrived that we booked another night. The location is perfect for visiting Castle Howard, Pickering (steam train takes you to Whitby) and York as well lots of lovely market towns. There’s a supermarket nearby and some great pubs for eating out. We will certainly be returning so that we can explore more of the area.”
