A stylish basement flat with private entrance and garden, in a peaceful beautiful area with easy access to the city centre and plenty of great restaurants, cafés and bars within walking distance. Enjoy relaxing time with the BBQ, firepit, hot tub, Nespresso machine... I travel frequently but this is still my home, so you’ll notice personal touches throughout the space. To keep peaceful for neighbours, music and hot tub use must finish by 10pm. HOT TUB HIRE FEE (£120 per stay) – notice required.

The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

Stylish, spacious & self contained ground floor in quiet road. Close to the restaurants, bars and coffee shops of Clifton Village. Suspension Bridge, University, Downs, Harbourside and Ashton Court. Unfortunately due to the secondary fire exit being via steps it is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Parking space will accommodate a large car but is not suitable for a van
