Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with an oak timber frame. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Vacation home on the Drömling

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a large farmhouse, right by the Drömling, the biosphere reserve. It has a separate entrance and parking spaces with the option of charging an electric car for a fee of 0.40 euros per kWh. The farm is completely fenced and ideal for children. The swing, the sandpit and the stilt house are all available for playing. You are welcome to use the pool. A barbecue (charcoal) is available. We also live in the house and are available at any time

Our cosy holiday apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers approximately 70 m² of space for 2–4 people. The maisonette extends over two floors and offers a peaceful location and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a unique atmosphere and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
