Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Welcome to this 1939 villa in the middle of the picturesque village of Bjärred with the sea at five minutes walking distance and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The house has three bedrooms of which a double bed is on the third level. A bathroom with an entry level and a guest toilet on the upper level. Two living rooms and kitchen with dining area. The house also includes an orangery of 40 sqm and a outdoor space. Lovely garden with a sea of dahlias and summer flowers. Most seating areas. Ping pong table, trampoline & soccer goal

Welcome! House more than a 100 years old by the church in Flädie, a quiet and peaceful village close to the western coastline of Skåne. Surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and colorful scanian fields in the spring and summer. Spacious and bright interior with 5 rooms, with the living room containing a wall-mounted 55" TV. Also a large washing machine supporting 8 kg of laundry can be found in a separate closet next to the bathroom.

Artistic decor with its own style for a cozy getaway. Food store Apoteket pub resturang train service and bus is 2-5 minutes from house. Very good communications to Malmö city centre of Lund and Copenhagen
