These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location near the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with an additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur.
