A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 20/5.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Nice apartment in Nacka

Newly built apartment (2024) located next to our house, but you live completely separately with your own entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom. We can even arrange extra bed in the living room. There are several swimming areas and natural areas nearby. Parking can often be arranged right by the house, but otherwise there is free parking on the street. The bus to Stockholm city/slussen takes about 20 minutes.
