Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Cozy cottage for rent in a rural setting in the forests of Småland. The cottage is located on a small farm where there are, among other things, sheep and chickens. There is the possibility to buy both honey and eggs from the farm. Nearby is Vimmerby, 4.5 miles, where Astrid Lindgren's world is a popular destination. The nearest swimming area is about 6 km away. It is possible to rent bed linen SEK 100/bed and towels SEK 50/towel set. The tenant cleans themselves at check-out. The service can be purchased for SEK 1,000.

Here you live just fine in a newly renovated cottage in a stunning setting! The cottage is newly renovated and partly newly built, here is a modern kitchen that is equipped with most things needed. New and fresh bathroom with washing machine. Sleeping loft with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps two adults or two adults and a child. Living room with fireplace and TV, there is also a daybed where two people can sleep. Sunny south-facing terrace with exit from the kitchen where you can enjoy the sun.

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
