The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Really great property, highly recommend

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The apartment was excellent. Spotless and very well decorated. Easy check in and out and overall an amazing stay. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the city centre which is very useful. The host made the effort to go out of his way to check up on us which was very pleasing. Would defiently recommend this apartment for anyone as this is the best air bnb experience I have ever had.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.
