Porcupine Chalet at Hillside Lodge

Porcupine Chalet is a cozy chalet with a fire place (wood provided) that sits amongst a few other cabins on our 20 acre, riverfront property. The private queen bedroom will provide a great space for you to relax and unwind. Golden is only a short drive away (13kms) and all amenities are there - great restaurants, grocery stores to stock up for your stay in Porcupine chalet (with kitchenette) and more. We are usually on site but you have a door code for the cabin and we leave a phone number.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.

The shed started life off….as a shed. But sometimes life lets you create lemonade. Beautiful little cabin nestled in the Rocky Mountains 17 minutes from downtown Golden BC. Sitting on 8 acres of woods with waterfalls and trails nearby. Peaceful and quiet for a couple looking to spend a little time together, or with friends. This is our oasis and we cherish the cabin and the land it sits on. Great access to Kicking Horse mountain or snowmobiling in the winter.
