DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rental

Welcome to our guest house at Namsenfjorden. We are pleased that people enjoy their stay here on our farm. They give feedback that they find peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guest house is small and cozy. Suitable for you traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is available for private use. Pets are allowed.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located on the sandy shore of Lake Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent a studio in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for horses if needed. Ønsker du en rolig hytteferie ved vakre Lauvsjøen? Vi har en nydelig hytte som vi dessverre ikke får brukt så mye som vi skulle ønske – derfor leier vi den gjerne ut når vi ikke bruker den selv! Hytta ligger fredelig og usjenert til, helt for seg selv, med bilvei helt frem (bomvei). Her har du naturen rett utenfor døra – perfekte turområder og gode fiskemuligheter. Fiskekort kjøpes på nett. Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
