The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and the house is best suited for guests without walking difficulties. The house is surrounded by nature, with hiking trails and a genuine Småland village within walking distance. There are several lakes nearby, and good opportunities for both boat trips and fishing.

Summer house by the lake

Relax with the whole family in this home by a lake surrounded by the Småland forests. By the lake you can fish and swim. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning that provides a comfortable indoor temperature even on the hottest days of summer. The house is located just 10 minutes from the summer town of Västervik, and 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world. Within 10 minutes drive, there are several lakes for fishing. The accommodation consists of a house of 100 sqm and a guest house of 25 sqm as well as a terrace of 80 sqm with a view.

Just over 15 minutes outside Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby and about 30 minutes from the coastal town of Västervik you will find this place with its own garden and beach (shared with host). The view of the lake creates the conditions for lovely nature experiences - all year round! In winter time, lovely bonfires and in summer the lake cools! With a canoe (included), you can experience Kalmar County's largest lake with only the sound of the paddles being heard, and have the opportunity to see protected animals, from white-tailed eagles to otters.

Welcome to a peaceful, rural accommodation, perfect for those who want to relax while still being close to places to visit. Approximately 25 minutes to Västervik and 15 minutes to Gunnebo. In Gunnebo there is a sea beach and a small grocery store. Toven, one of Västervik's finest inland bathing places, is about 10 minutes away at Västrum, which also offers a beautiful archipelago. Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby can be reached in 45 minutes and the location is ideal for day trips to Kalmar, Linköping, Norrköping and Jönköping.

Resource in our cozy cottage, furnished with an eye for warm colors and soft materials. Lilla Stugan is located in the middle of the woods and meadows and has its own bathing area, sauna and boat. It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the surrounding area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Holiday home directly on the Baltic Sea near Figeholm for up to 6 guests. Hus Skärgården offers 2 bedrooms plus a separate guest cottage, fireplace, fast internet and a sauna by the boat jetty overlooking the sea. A motorboat is included from April to October, and a SUP board is also available. One dog is welcome – perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Swedish archipelago.
