Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

One of 3 recently converted stables all named after breeds of horses. New Forest,, our medium size holiday cottage with large double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath. A large bedroom looks out over the rear paddocks and its own patio, with table, chairs and its own hot tub. Kitchen with open plan lounge diner. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout. The front courtyard has table and chairs and overlooks the yard. Private parking. Very peaceful and quiet.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

On the edge of the New Forest, set along the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).
