Thomas Apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, where on the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living area and a bathroom. There's a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which will create a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and there is a private sauna with a lounge, an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose playground (tennis, volleyball), an electric WEBER grill, the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

For children, there is a children's room with a bunk bed and a desk. There is also a desk in the accommodation. There are up to two parking spaces in front of the house. The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds.
