Spacious beach villa with sea views from the property and only 50 meters to the sea/marina/most swimming areas. 10 minutes from Åhus. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a guest house with 2 beds. Furnished wooden deck at the back (with lovely view of the sea) and glazed sunroom at the front + Weber grill. Motorboat in the marina is included so you can go out and explore the island kingdom in Skåne's only archipelago. Private driveway with space for 2 cars. Kiosk 1 minute away as well as outdoor gym, obstacle course, pickleball court, ping pong table and basketball court.

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Accommodation on beautiful Sturkö. Enjoy archipelago life in an apartment with its own private plot. Modern standard (year of construction 2020). Proximity to swimming about 150 meters and meadow & forest right at the property line. Access to Gym for a fee of SEK 250/person & week 1 bedroom with two beds and sofa bed in the living room. Here you rent your own nice 1 room, tastefully furnished ground floor apartment of about 44 sqm with AC, in the center of Sölvesborg. The apartment is walking distance from the train station and for example the square, the marina, the castle, the bridge, restaurants etc. Free access to Sölvesborg's finest and freshest gym. This gym is only about 70 meters from the apartment and is open 24/7

Gästhus med utsikt ut över fält nära till strand och natur. Här har du närhet till flertalet naturupplevelser (2 stränder, flertalet utsiktplatser och bra löparspår). I boendet ingår även vårt Spahus med ång/torr-bastu, stort badkar, gym samt en extra bäddsoffa. Utanför spahuset finns en vedeldad badtunna som ni kan använda mot en extra avgift så eldar vi det varmt till er (detta måste bokas i förväg). Trädgården delas med ägarna och ni når stugan från parkeringen genom att korsa trädgården.

Lillstugan, Swedish hygge

Lillstugan är en typisk småländsk sommardröm. Det ligger direkt vid skog och sjö, men ändå öppen och med mycket plats. Det är bara 2 timmar åkning ifrån Malmö och 40 minuter ifrån skärgården i Karlshamn. Det är 4 km till Ryd, där det finns möjlighet att handla och där börjar även Nationalparken Åsnen med dom många sjöarna. I Lillstugan finns det plats för 4-5 personer och i Hönshuset (Gästhuset) 4 personer. Så detta hus fungerar även för två familjer som hyr tillsammans! Hjärtligt välkommen!
