The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Summer cottage near scenic Sövdesjön for rent. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace. The larger bedroom has a double bed and can be separated with a curtain where there is also a single bed. In the smaller bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed. Playhouse on site. Canoe is also available. The cottage is located about 1 km from the swimming area and sauna boat. Close to Snogeholm's hiking area, the adventure camp in Sövde, the mustery and the amphitheater. Cleaning is not included in the rent and cannot be purchased.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
