Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

A lovely self-contained studio with patio area and free parking. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

'The Stables' Garden Annexe

Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
