Waar less is more! 🌴 Een fijne plek om even op adem te komen, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel en zelfstandig verblijf. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen en is ingericht met oog voor eenvoud, rust en een vleugje luxe. Je hebt een eigen ingang, zodat je helemaal je eigen gang kunt gaan. The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Ten meters from the dune area and close to the beach and the cozy city center. Beautiful spacious accommodation for 2 people, there is also a sofa bed for possibly 4 people. Private parking in the driveway. Cozy outdoor seating, where the sun shines from the early afternoon. Quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. One dog allowed. No smoking inside. Dogs welcome, 5 euros per person. Tourist tax 3.30 euros per person per night.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.

House with beautiful views and private garden.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
