Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

6 exklusive Apartments wurden ganz neu errichtet mit komplett eingerichteter Küche, Weinkühlschrank und tollen Essplatz, mit zusätzlichem Wohnsofa, Komfort Bäder, TV, WLAN, Garderobe, Schlafzimmer, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tiefgarage und Balkon/Garten. Im Haus gibt es einen Skiraum, Bikeraum und Checkinsäule. Kurtaxe wird extra berechnet, p/Person 2,30€ pro Tag. Für eine 3. und/oder 4. Person wird 25,00€ extra verrechnet. Für 2 Personen ist die Reinigung bei 55€, für jede weitere Person 10€.

"Haus am Illufer" Ihr Smart-Alpin-Home in Bludenz

Das Hochwertige 98 m2 eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Smart-Home-Apartment am Illufer, liegt direkt am Radweg in Bludenz. Einkaufs/ Shopping Möglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Radweg vor der Haustür der bis hin ins Motafon-Bregenz führt, lädt zum Radtouren und Bewegung ein. Die Innenstadt, Val Blu ( Frei-und Hallenbad) und der Muttersberg unser Hausberg sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Brandnertal was man vom Fenster aus sieht ist mit dem Bus oder Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

The Appartment is located on the mountain right next to hiking trails to the location of "Rote Wand" as well as an only 20 min car ride to Ski Arlberg. The Flat is fully renovated, cosists of 2 Sleeping rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seeting area. Familys and pets are welcome. On request to the owners sauna/ washer /dryer are also available against a small fee. The visitor's tax need to be paid on site to the owner. The tax is € 3 per person per day from the age of 15.

Apartment Bludenz - Brigth & Quiet - Garden

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Apartments on the Arlberg - coherent is the modern equipment of the apartments. Situated on the south slope, close to the village center (6 minutes walk). Inns, alpine dairy and grocery store are easily accessible. The valley station of the ski lift is also 6 minutes walk away. There is a free ski depot available for our guests in winter. In summer the famous Lechweg leads directly past our house. Thus, our house is the ideal place to explore different stages from here.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
