We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

A two-bedroom apartment with 160x200 double beds. We can prepare an extra bed for the 5th guest, and a cot for a small child on request. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom where you will find the necessary cosmetics and towels, as well as a living room. It is a quiet place overlooking the ocean. 10 minutes' walk to the lighthouse. 12 minutes' drive to the airport. Great places to start or end your adventure in Iceland.
