We are here in the middle of south Iceland. The house is alone in the unspoiled nature, with horse and birds around. Very warm and extremely cosy place to relax and enjoy. Next small town Hvolsvölluris 20 min away. 20 minutes to drive to next waterfall, Seljalandsfoss, 40 min to Skógafoss. Around 1 hour to drive to Vík í Mýrdal, and 1 hour to the "Golden cirkle". 10 min to Landeyjahöfn - the harbour to Vestmanneyjar. You can see some famous volcanoes and hear the sounds from the ocean .

Just a short 35 km drive from Eldgjá, 70 km drive from Landmannalaugar and 30 km drive from Fjaðrárgljúfur. Nearest grocery stores are in Kirkjubæjarklaustur (30km) and in Vík (45km).
