We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Welcome to my private, rustic guest suite which includes a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer dryer combo. It has a combined bedroom /sitting room with electric blankets on a comfy queen size bed and a 50 inch smart TV. French doors lead outside to your own secluded garden area. The studio is connected but not accessible to the main house and has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see me during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.

Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!
