You'll be 10 minutes from Moontower Saloon, Armadillo Den, and more fun South Austin establishments, and downtown Austin is just 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 20-30 minute walk and it's just one block from entrances to the Stephenson Nature Preserve for a peaceful walk in the trees.
